Noun: a momment of doing well, compared to yesterday, but still feeling like you are going insane.

Verb: to get yourself to the point of doing well, compared to yesterday, but still feeling like you are going insane.
I welled my day.
Adjective: the state of doing well, compared to yesterday, but still feeling like you are going insane with out enough time to explain.
